This Privacy Policy describes how Mohsin Ishfaq ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile application Darzi App (the "App"), available on Google Play.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. WHO WE ARE

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information to provide a seamless tailoring management experience.

  • 2.1 Authentication Data: If you sign in via Google Sign-In, we collect your email, name, and profile picture URL to create your account.

  • 2.2 Business & Customer Data: To manage your tailoring business, you may provide names, phone numbers, and body measurements of your customers. This data is strictly used for your record-keeping within the App.

  • 2.3 Media & Images: If you upload photos of fabric designs or finished suits, these images are processed and stored via Google Firebase to ensure you can access them across devices.

  • 2.4 Device Information: We collect technical data (Device ID, OS version, and Crash Logs) via Firebase Analytics to monitor app performance and fix bugs.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected data to:

  • Maintain your account and sync data across devices.

  • Organize tailor listings, customer orders, and measurements.

  • Send notifications regarding order status (if enabled).

  • Improve app stability and user experience.

  • Note: We do not sell your personal or customer data to third-party data brokers.

4. DATA SHARING & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following service providers to ensure app functionality:

  • Google Firebase: For database storage (Firestore), authentication, and image hosting (Firebase Storage).

  • Google AdMob: To display advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers to show relevant ads.

  • Firebase Crashlytics: To analyze app crashes and improve reliability.

5. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

  • Retention: We keep your data as long as your account is active.

  • User Control & Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and all associated data (including customer records and images) at any time. You can do this through the "Delete Account" option in the App Settings or by emailing us at Mohsin.ishfaq.raja@gmail.com. Upon request, we will delete your data from our servers within 30 days.

6. PERMISSIONS

The App may request the following permissions:

  • Camera/Gallery: To take or upload photos of clothing designs.

  • Storage: To save measurement charts or invoices on your device.

  • Internet: To sync your data with the cloud.

7. SECURITY

We prioritize the security of your business data. We use industry-standard encryption provided by Google Firebase to protect your information. However, please remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Darzi App is a business tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
